It's a great joint. But when you walked 2 miles down in rain to work out and then you're informed that youre not allowed in because you are wearing jeans. Its quite frustrating. But besides that, definitely beat the gyms around this area. But in general it's a good gym. Other wise I wouldn't have introduced at least5 of my friends to come here

I'm really enjoying the app. The app allows me to choose what day and time I want to be at the gym. It gives me a sense of responsibility whereas without the app the time to go was up in the air (for me anyway). I was treated with respect by the staff. The facility (125th street and 8th ave) was clean, and social distancing rules were maintained.

I can't express how difficult it is to get anything resolved at this gym. The front desk associates are always extremely courteous and friendly, but they are helpless in the face of even basic account issues and there isn't much they can do for the client. Because Blink has no direct customer service line, it's impossible to get someone on the phone who can actually escalate and resolve issues. I have recently cancelled my membership but have now been hit with two unexpected and erroneous charges to my credit card, and the only way to even begin to fix their mistake is to show up in person at the gym even though I am not comfortable being in that enclosed space given that I'm still in the middle of a global pandemic. I have had a fine experience actually working out at Blink and have always appreciated the warmth of the front desk staff, but the fact that they have made it so difficult to cancel a pathetic, lowest-level membership during a time when so many of us are experiencing financial hardship is just unconscionable. I sadly can't recommend their services, as inexpensive as they seem up front.

Super packed all the time. Easy to sign up, impossible to change anything on your account afterwards. Phone numbers don't work, they have no email. I have had to dispute the transactions with my credit card company to resolve the added charges that were not supposed to be there.

They're always nice to me. Not crowded right now because of Covid. Nice reservation app--please keep it!
