Taco Loco

I tried this place for the second time now. The first time I ordered through Uber eats. It was chips and guac and a burrito. They forgot the side a guac.nnWe decided that mistakes happen and tried ordering again. My girlfriend ordered a burrito bowl since she has celiac disease and can't have gluten and I ordered a normal burrito. They again messed up the order and gave us 2 burritos.nnThe point is that both times my girlfriend could not eat and we waited over an hour to get the meals. Getting a refund is fine but at this point the food arrives and the order is completely incorrect and can't be eaten it is just disappointing and one of us is left hungry.nnI called the location to explain to the manager what happened so that they are more careful with other people's orders and he insinuated that the only reason I am calling is to get a refund. Uber eats allows you to get a refund without even calling the store so this was not the point of me calling.nnThe food is good but the service is very bad and I will not be ordering from here again.

Excellent spot to get food when in a hurry. The customer service is speedy, prices are reasonable, fantastic atmosphere. Would recommend to others

I was here last Friday. They have outside seating which I preferred. There are 4 chairs inside if you want to dine inside. I love the quesadilla that I ordered. Although it was chilly outside, the hot quesadilla warmed my stomach. Gotta eat fast though. Service is good, they have the plastic utensils, condiments and napkins on a separate plate. The guacamole and chips is good too. Cute little restaurant. I will come back here to try other food they have.

Great place, amazing staff and even better food, the only problem is that is a really small place but they have outdoor tables and I hear that they are trying to expand the place

I placed an order and was told it would be ready in half an hour. I showed up in half an hour and was told 15 more mins. I came back in 15 mins and was told it’s still not ready. I waited an HOUR from when it was supposed to be ready and then just left. No food and an hour wasted.
