Domino's Pizza

There’s tough competition in the NE for pizza, and chain pizza companies tend to get slaughtered in the reviews for good reason. This area has the best pizza in the country, hands down. That being said, I’ve always had a soft spot for Dominoes after their brand refresh in the early 2000s. It was the only pizza available where I went to college, and I grew to love the seasoned crust. No, it’s not the most amazing pizza in this area. Far from it. But, if you’re craving something cheesy, with soft dough, loaded with toppings at a reasonable price and at a late night hour? This really hit the spot, at least for me. Maybe I’m just nostalgic. Or maybe it’s a guilty pleasure. Dominoes app and customer service are usually top notch. I recommend pick up over delivery, just for quality assurance.

Domino's in Rutherford, NJ. I've had enjoyed ordering delivery from this location for the last several months,, ever since a Manager by the name of Jonathan started working here.. Not disappointed yet. I've had the pizzas, reg. thin, & pan pizza, all delivered hot, & delicious.. The new Wings are meaty, & the new sauce I like is the new prep~honey mustard, suggested by Jonathan..I only order when Jonathan is working. Love to forget your extra condiments that you pay for. Lately they do not prepare food properly.

Giving 3 stars because first time having bad experience at this place. I ordered pizza with cheesy bread, but cheesy bread was unbaked. I called to the store and advice keep the bread and hand over the unbaked bread to driver we will send you new one. The promise given by the store operator was false. I been calling them from past 4 hrs and same answer I am getting it will send someone. It doesn't matter to me to get new one or not it is just about the service they are providing. Never want to post anything but long wait and still not delivered my cheesy bread as promised made me post this to help other customers.

Half the time they forget a piece of my order or my drink, have issues with them getting to me, or some other issue. Most times the employees in store are helpful when you call and make sure you are happy. But I've had a couple times where the one who answers the phone was rude and unhelpful. If there was any other dominos to order delivery from I would.
