Needed a headlight replaced, They were very friendly and efficient. Very inexpensive
Lack of experience and passive aggression amoung crew members. is what you will have at this location. Customer service not really a focus either. A few words at most. It's a shop where it's just about the money with an unwelcoming hostile atmosphere vibe ( crew and managment arguing with them selves ) . Won't be back to this location. Just too awkward and stressful.
So busy! Took my car for an oil change. I have slow leak in my tire. Didn't have time to dunk it. I bought my tires there, and they didn't have time for me. Bummer.
I had new tires put on my truck. Immediately noticed vibration in the steering at higher speeds. Called to schedule a re-balancing of the tires and was put on hold for ten minutes and then hung up. Called back a week later and was successful at scheduling an appointment. When I brought the truck in at the specified time I stood for 15 minutes at the service desk while the assistant manager talked on the phone without acknowledging my presence. It seemed as if he hoped that I would just leave. As I had ample time to think I realized that these same people were responsible for the safety performance of my vehicle and decided to go to a reputable service center even though it cost me more. I will never again trust this place for service of any kind on my vehicles.
