Shannon (store manager) is awesome. I love her.nAnd a shout out to all the other employees there, y'all are amazing. Funny, helpful, and most of all pretty frickin smart.

Cameron and philberto have that A1 customer service. Other guys all seem helpful to but I’ve never really worked with them. Helpful people here

I love this O'Reillys store specifically. The staff members there are always very helpful and knowledgable. Certain team members that have been a big help directly to me whenever I come in for parts would be Filberto, Andrew and Cameron; these guys rock and they are the reason I choose to spend my money at the Woodland store instead of any other stores in the surrounding area. Keep up the great work!

This is the last time I will ever set foot in this store. This is the second time I have been treated poorly by employees. Today though was the last straw. I entered the store and noticed one of the four employees was not wearing a mask, but yet had a bandana around his neck. This employee ended up trying to help me. I moved far away from him at this point because I was uncomfortable. Especially with the current state of COVID-19 cases. This employee treated me with zero respect and was using his male gender to get away with it. This is the only auto parts store I have ever had an issue with when it comes to males treating females poorly. I then had someone else check me out, as I ignored the other non-masked man. As I was leaving the store I told the man who helped me, and I quote: “I would appreciate if your employees wore a mask especially when they are helping customers”. This man that checked me out tried to explain, but the non-masked employee laughed as I walked out. I will never recommend this store to any of my friends or family. Needless to say, O’Reillys has lost my business for good. I will be making a complaint to the right people in Monday.

Employees knew exactly where my parts were, looked up some alternative units for my budget. Happy camper here, very helpful staff
