We met with Anna Ivey when we came in for cremation arrangements for my brother. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and kind welcome and were assisted immediately. Thereafter, we met with Ms. Ivey who craftfully assisted us and helped us through the process in a thorough and efficient manner. Best of all, her kind, patient and consoling demeanor made this obviously difficult process a manageable one. We appreciate her expertise as well as her wonderful interpersonal skills. We are thankful that she was there and felt the need to recognize her excellent work. Thank you so very much.

HORRIBLE! Do not use this place!!! My mother in law passed in Albuquerque but we live in FL. My husband is the trustee of her estate and she wanted to be cremated. They would not accept a personal check, an estate check, or a credit card. We had to send a cashiers check but due to COVID the bank was closed. It took three weeks to get it to them and they would not cremate her until then. It’s now 2 months, 4 calls, and 3 emails later and we still don’t have a death certificate. They actually charged us for the death certificate!!! But would not provide it until we sent a check for $60 and this time they did accept a personal check. There was absolutely No information about anything provided by them, no service, not even an offer to assist with or provide an obituary, no services what so ever. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING!

Danielle Is wonderful and deserves a raise. The only person to help me in anyway. Thank you so much, Danielle! Gina on the other hand, needs an attitude check. she wouldn’t even tell me her name. Not the right profession for her...maybe McDonald’s is better suited for her. Thank you to riverside for helping me today. I appreciate you.

I wish I could post a negative star based on the commercials they choose to air. I cannot begin to explain how tasteless and insensitive it is to try to make humor out of a life derailing and sensitive time in the lives of the grieving loved ones time and time again. You aren't clever, you aren't original, you are just broadcasting to grieving, hurting people that you are insensitive and detached

Hood III) sister & the entire family and thank you for helping take great care of a military family.💞🇺🇸 The dignity and respect that you provided my husband and our Dear 💛Sonny💛 will always be remembered. You helped to make a beautiful tribute to the man we all loved and adored.😊 🌈 I personally would like to thank the Funeral Director, Amanda Stewart, Thank you for helping myself & Sonny's sister with All the special touches you helped us with You were so wonderful Amanda & you should be so proud of the difficult job you do each day.
