Good service. However, make sure you have plenty of time when you come here. I have been here multiple times and the wait time is always double what they say...if not more.
I went to go to town and discovered my left rear tire only had 8 lbs of air. I called and set an appointment for the next day and my vehicle was in the bay being repaired on schedule. The tech who did the repair did a quality repair job, was very nice, and worked quickly to get it done. I was in and out before I knew it.
After moving back from Texas it is always a pleasure to visit Les Schwab. Awesome service. Quick too
Frustrating when attempting to do business with this store. Many great experiences with Les Schwab throughout the years but the Woodland store continues to miss the mark. Dropped our Jeep off earlier today to have the rim replaced and they ordered the wrong size rim. No big deal, but no communication after vehicle sat at store for hours. Found out when picking up, without any apologies or update on arrival of replacement.nUnfortunately this is not the only less than Desirable experience with the Woodland store. This store has been unable to stand by the tire rotations that are included as well. We have dropped two vehicles off in the past (scheduled) left at the store for multiple hours, and when returning at the time they said it would be completed, the vehicle still had not been touched. Time for a more accountable management staff! Or, continue driving south to Portland. The broadway store continues to uphold the original Schwab commitments.
