Emmert Motors Chevrolet Service

Honestly the worst experiences I have ever had with an auto mechanic, if I ever need any work done I will have it towed out of Columbia County, money is no object to avoid another experience. Service #1 car wouldn't start, had it towed in close to the holidays... due to poor time management and lack of employees they had my car for a week, did a partial fix and then I had to bring it back for more work. Service #2 I decided to schedule for multiple issues including misfiring, an oil change, and a recall service. Dropped the car off and get a call several hours later telling me I can pick the car up, the oil change was done, they had decided to ignore the misfiring even though I had specifically scheduled it and had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment. After debating with them on the phone they agreed to fix it, turns out I had blown a spark plug (good thing I got it fixed), but it was super expensive, plugs were roughley 20x more expensive than quality e3 plus from online. I was told I would have to come back for the recall work and they even up-sold me on ignition cleaner even though the mechanic couldn't tell me a specific value, just that GM recommends it showing me over and over again an email he had printed. After I left I shortly noticed oil was leaking, so I called them up but the service department had left so I had to wait till the next day. Turns out something wasn't tightened all the way. So when I went in for the up-sell service and the recall after another 3 weeks I was told multiple times it would be 30 minutes, so I scheduled 1 hour off work. 2 hours later they finished, but wait it was only the recall work they didn't even do the ignition clean up-sell. Needless to say the crew at the service department have underwhelmed many times, over promising and under delivering and now on multiple occasions excluded scheduled work because they can't properly manage their schedule. I will definitely be talking my business elsewhere in the future.

Tom test drove my car with me and then with Aric so they could determine what the noise was I was hearing. In no time at all I had an answer and was on my way home, very happy! Amanda also scheduled my car for a service, great job all!

I always bring my car here for oil changes. The staff are always pleasant and get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I know my car is in good hands here.

I purchased a car about years ago, the whole experience was awesome. The service department ALWAYS goes above & beyond to help me when Im having a problem with my car. Even when they are slammed, they'll always fit my car in & get back out on the road . Wouldnt take my car anywhere else!!

Bought 2 cars here. Drove out from Portland. They are an amazing dealership. Will be buying my next 2 here as well.
