They are always very helpful and friendly at the St Helens Napa location.
Got what I needed quickly with no problems.
There was a lot of confusion on who was waiting on who and cross talking so it was hard to follow when it was my turn. The people were nice enough but very poorly organized.
Great service even though they weren't able to solve my problem.
The staff at this location was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out of a really bad breakdown situation far from home. I had tried every part store in St. Helens and nobody was willing to even give an effort. I decided to try the Scapoose location and am fortunate I did. Being in the automotive repair business for the last 30 years I have seen alot of changes in the parts business. No longer do we have the helpful counter guy who knows what fits what. We now have order takers. Not here, they were attentive, courteous and innovative. Because of the excellent service they provided I was able to make it home as scheduled. Thank You Sunset Auto Parts!
