I stopped at the service center today for an error with a sensor. The service team at Frank’s were helpful and friendly. Matt was very pleasant and answered my phone call right away yesterday and told me he could take my car today. He was in today to continue assisting me. Thank you Matt and the rest of the service team for your professionalism. This is very hard to find these days!
I had an oil change, tire rotation, all fluids checked and filled and it took 90 minutes. All in all not bad.
I've been looking for a truck for quite some time and this dealership was by far the best I've talked to. Most dealerships I tried to work with refused to negotiate or discuss with me over email or the phone. They only wanted me to come into the dealership. Frank's staff were Fair honest and I especially loved that they gave me a PDF of the offer without me even asking. The salesman was absolutely spectacular and really deserves a kudos for a wonderful job
I've been leasing cars for over 30 years and have not had a more pleasant experience. From the time I e mailed them on Thursday night I had a deal on Friday and picked up my vehicle on Saturday. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. Loved you guys. I'll be back.
I just want to start by saying A-Class Rating for Customer Service and their employee Joe!! We, Our company in Hartford, Ct needed a part for one of our flatbeds....when we arrived after driving about 2 hrs, it was 730pm. We were able to contact Joe by calling the Tow number on the gate for Service, and them being aware of our situation. He immediately took care of getting our part, and meeting us in the front to give it to us even if it was past the listed hours.....Quality Customer Service, Thank You Again Joe & Frank's Chevy!!!
