I have always had wonderful experiences at this dealership in the service department. I take my car here any time it needs serviced. Each time I’ve been here, Al always makes sure i am taken care of efficiently. Every other service employee that i have encountered from other mechanics like Francisco to the service employee that operates the shuttle, has been exceptional as well. Very great service.
My overall experience has been topped notch. Had a few issues but the team at Quality has proven to put customer service first. I was recommended to Quality by a trusted friend and haven’t regretted coming here. Great sales team. Chris Gerrity is great and kind. The sales manager Mike is was all aces. Dee in customer service was absolutely on her game. Service team is a great bunch of professionals. All good here!

Over the years, I’ve felt several times that I’d found the best dealership for servicing my Fords, but Quality is the best yet! From service manager to mechanic to cashier, each was not only thorough but precise and caring to my needs and that of my truck. It went being me though, this is how all customers were treated. With utmost respect as it should be, but often is not how things happen. Thank you for taking care of my truck so it can be safe for me!
