Never seen a Starbucks unorganized prior to this visit. 7 people working, only one customer ahead of me, and a 10 minute wait for a latte. Gal in front of me had to ask if her order was lost. Guy behind me got his food and beverage before me. I figured I had to ask, and was told I would be next. No other customers in the store. So with 2 people working the drive thru, one cashier, (who didn't notice I walked in) the other 4 couldn't sequence food and drinks.
Love the pumpkin spice lattes and the Chestnut praline lattes, line was a little long but I appreciate food always being hot
Great service, delicious food, wait for food to be cooked wasnt long at all
