They make it IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone in Services. Really disappointing experience to buy a car and then having issues scheduling service appoints and speaking with someone about the basic logistics of the servicing (how long, availability of a loaner, modifying appointment time). They are attempting to automate everything via the App and phone system and it's such an awful experience. Please contact me as soon as you see this.nnUpdate post-servicing:n- minor panel gap was unresolved. Rep insisted it was better with zero empirical evidence as i showed him one side was 2 credit card widths wider.n- very rude staff. Really shocking. There is zero oversight, just a bunch of low-level representatives that need a serious lesson in customer service. Was treated like I was at a Foot Locker.n- i asked for a phone number to the service center (given the reason in my original post) and was challenged by the rep “yeah, and the other twenty people before you want that, we just don’t work that way”.

My wife and I went to test drive on Saturday 08/15 - Our service advisor Matt Kim has been great with all our questions and concerns.nnNever pushy, very knowledgeable about the vehicles.nnI can tell he's a car guy, which I loved. My wife and I have done hours of research, so we knew about the car. The little things he helped us with.nnThank you very much!nnIf you are considering purchasing and want a great advisor - ask for Matt!

From a potential buyers point of view, Advisor Jamie was great. The environment was somewhat chaotic and this is in large part due to demand for everything from service, sales to superchargers. I feel as though there needs to be some clear signs or direction when arriving so that it can be more efficient for all involved.

Someone tell Jason's boss in the service area what an awesome job he did helping us resolve a replace 12v battery error we had today! He helped us find a closer option (NY) for us that we could make by the service depts closing hours. Then he called Matt there to set it up and verify they had our battery.

Great experience as a repair customer today.. Most of the work was covered under warranty. Some additional repairs, not covered under warranty were needed. The charges were very fair and the staff was very helpful. I won't hesitate to recommend your facility to other Tesla owners.
