Maribel was fabulous! She was extremely knowledgeable about what my 20 year old S Type needed. She was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain which items were more important than others.

Our lease was up on our previous Jaguar so we went to check out what we could do on a new Jaguar. Unfortunately, because of the Pandemic they are short on vehicles and did not have the 2021 model we wanted to see. However, they worked with us and gave us an excellent deal on one of the few they had left and we are quite satisfied with it. It's hard to not be satisfied with a Jaguar. We did have to go back to have the tires filled and the service department took great care of us. We appreciate the help Garrett and Gabe provided.

I bought a 2020 Jaguar F-Pace at this Jaguar dealer in Paramus, NJ and it was truly an AMAZING experience!! My sales guy Mr. James Lozier was great. He was very accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, informative, honest, personable and funny too!! He's the BEST!! He spent his whole day with me and my brothers. He answered all of my questions and at no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured. He's even checked on me several times after my purchase to see how I like everything, to see if I'm happy and to see if there is anything I need. Anytime I call or text, he is always available to help me and answer any questions I may have. I am so happy with my new baby!! Thank you James and Jaguar of Paramus!! ❤

I had an amazing experience here. My contact Maribel was fantastic. I was kept up to date and thoroughly informed of the situation. The shop head answered all my questions.
