It was time for a new car as my lease was ending. I decided to try a new Ford dealership nearby. I worked with salesman, David Campos, and he was such a gem! He was knowledgeable and patient. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to find my exactly what I wanted. He was polite and very willing to help my find my best deal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this dealership and I thank David for that.
All American Ford's customer services is outstanding. My scheduled appointment was on time, got my car back when they said i would and they brought it to my attention that there will be no charge for the services. They informed me that I had enough points for the service. Its my third service and so far it didn't cost me a penny. Service people are friendly and easy to deal with. Great Place and its an American car, wouldn't have it any other way.
THE BEST dealership around by far! I walked in to look at a used car they had just gotten and David the sales consultant was able to help me with exactly what I needed. Everybody at this dealership was honest and extremely polite. Couldn’t be happier that I chose Ford of Paramus. I would highly consider going back to this dealership!
Buying a car there was easy and stress free The only difficulty is the signing process.. The protocols are all done on your phone or tablet. It would have been nice to have known this ahead of time. I would have brought my tablet with me. It was difficult knowing what I was singing. Just a heads up regarding this. When people come in they should have advance warning..
I just leased a 2020 Ford Escape at All American Ford in Paramus. Jennifer Franco responded to my internet inquiry and answered all of my questions for forty eighty hours; she was absolutely fantastic. When I arrived at the dealership, Javier Romero assisted me and I couldn’t be happier with the services he provided. Javier was knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, down to earth. He had everything prepared when I arrived and ensured that the transaction was completed in a timely fashion. I will only return to Javier for future leases or purchases; no nonsense, no hidden charges and no “haggling” efforts.nnBrandon from finance was also fantastic. He was very transparent throughout the leasing process and made it easy. I would highly recommend this dealership and the employees here!
