Riverdale Park

Quiet quaint area... Juts along the Hudson River and the Metro North tracks. Great for dogs and beginner hikers. Would avoid on inclement weather days as there are several hills that would be slick

Undeveloped and primitive, with well worn trails and multiple entrances.

It is a park. There is honestly no more I can say to describe it. There's a baseball field and tennis courts if you have interest in those sports. Just know the fields have a lot of people have picnics and sun bathing.

Nice walking trail through woods. Views of Hudson River, NJ Palisades. Lots of trees ud83dude03

Easy enough trail for the little kids and their out of shape parents. Lots of downed trees. Lots of unleashed dogs.
