The food is delicious. Best Israeli restaurant around. I loved the hummus, pita bread, falafel. Very clean. The atmosphere is nice and the service is superb.

As a psychological expert helping other first responders, many healthcare workers ask me for my recommendations for healthy organic food and I wanted to thank Chef Willie and Owner Gilad, two wonderful gentlemen for delivering food to me personally on a cold weeknight when I was trying to locate flavorful organic health conscious food fro a family of first responders who were truly in need this week. Both Chef Willy and owner Gilad took time to explain and educate about how healthy and healing their food would be for stressed out first responders during the second wave of the global world wide pandemic. Gilad explained that the food was vegetarian healthy and vegan with both Israeli, Tunisian, Yemenite, and Mediterranean influences. the family I assisted had tears in their eyes stating that this was the hummus, tahini, Olive oil, Yemenite Schrug, falafel and shackshouka they had eaten in their grandmother's kitchen growing up. Intrigued I tried the olive oil which was obviously from olives grown from desert vines rich dellicate, flavorful, perfumed and melodic. The parsley and cilantro in the yemenite shrug was delicate and packed a punch at the end of a long flavorful note when a burst of tang and flavor hit your palate. The hummus, rich and creamy blended beautifully with the olive oil and the falafel which was verdant green, beautiful and fresh. Health is so important and I could taste the vibrancy of the israeli salad and nutritious soup. Best hummus i ate, I mostly Recommend the VISHUKA it's super tasty. Staff was very kind and helped me to choose the right hummus for me. I'll be back for sure.
