Will absolutely never go back. I spent $70 for acrylic tips and it took the one lady 2.5 hours (to do a basic new set and one color), she cut me numerous times and was visibly unsure of herself with the process of acrylics, and by the end of it they were so bad that I asked to soak them off. One of the managers noticed how bad they looked and offered to redo them for me, and I was there for another 45 minutes and they came out okay. 4 days later, two fell off from me simply scratching my leg, then I tested and tried to wiggle off a few and EVERY single nail fell off.

Well, I tried to give the new owners a chance. I like to support local small businesses. Sadly, I can no longer support Nail Palace. I’ve been four times now and disappointed three times. Three strikes and you’re out in my book. The products have changed and the level of detail too. Very disappointed in my manicure pedicure yesterday. I paid extra for quick dry because I wanted to ensure my nails were dry before leaving. I sat for almost 30 minutes on top of that and my nails look like I never even got a manicure; chips, smudges, hangnails. Just awful.

I finally found a Wonderful place to get a great Spa pedicure, Viviana does my pedicure, she's wonderful, She leaves my feet brand new!! It took me years to find someone who in really qualified for the job. I usually wait till I go to Dominican Republican. I don't have to wait anymore. Thank you Nail Palace!!! For getting someone that really knows how to do a great job. No more fifteen-minute jobs on my feet.

Great nail salon ... Christine does an awesome job on my nails and Viviana gives a fabulous pedicure. A must try ... clean, never a wait just an over great nail salon.
