Hey everyone ! I would like to start off by saying how happy I am to know this place, it is the absolute best. My husband and I love making the trip over to this place because this place always meets our expectations. We always order soup dumplings and I was first introduced to them in Nyc china town. Finding somewhere just as good is not easy to find in NJ. But Petite Soo Chow is always amazing with their soup dumplings, its mouth watering and they give it to you with the best vinegar to enhance the flavor. I also order chicken with broccoli and it taste so fresh and so much flavor. I love making the trip to this place and the price is so fair. Please give them a try, these times are hard with the pandemic for all businesses. I do not usually make reviews but I have to for this place. I usually order take out and its always fresh and never cold or old tasting.

I feel bad for giving a two-star review during these times, but the quality of the food was just not good. We ordered for pick up via Grub Hub one Sunday afternoon. Here is what we had:nnSoup dumpling with crab meat and pork - this was mediocre at best. The dumpling skin texture was not bad so maybe I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it would probably have tasted better if eaten fresh at the restaurant, and not as takeoutnnMarinated duck - I guess 'marinated' is code for 'old' because this duck tasted like it was several days old. Definitely avoid this dishnnSeafood pan-fried noodle dish - definitely not worth the $20+ we spent on it. They used imitation crab meat, there were only like three shrimp, and the rest of the seafood (squid and fish) was just not fresh. The sauce actually had a nice flavor to it but the consistency was just too thick and gloppy. I've been watching a lot of Kitchen Nightmares lately and honestly, this looked like it could be a dish on the 'before' menu on an episode of that show. I'm sure Gordon Ramsay would have had a few choice words for this dish.nnI think it's best to stick to the basic menu items here. You probably can't go wrong with some chicken/broccoli or fried rice.

Food is absolutely not worth the price. $20 for some sesame chicken? are you kidding me? I would understand if it was a nice restaurant but it’s not. Don’t get me started on the service, the service was not up to par. Very disappointed, really wanted to like it here, but I didn’t, sorry!

I ordered shredded beef with hot pepper but beef was so salty. It wasn't like this before. Used to be best food. I couldn't eat without rice. Whats wrong with this restaurant?

Nice restaurant! It’s hard to find a place that allows dine in during this period. This restaurant keep social distance and use disposable plate and chopsticksnnWe have four people and we ordered 5-6 dishes there, they are all really good. Highly recommend Xiao Long Bao. Totally cost is $120, which is not expensive.nnThere is also a small parking lot just beside this restaurant, for free.
