Los Compadres

One star is too much. I was in the mood for Chipotle, but this was a bit more pricy and easier for my girlfriends mother to pick up as she was nearby. It was a bit more expensive, but it wasn’t a chain so I expected that. Unfortunately, the “bowl” was about half the size of a bowl at Chipotle, and although a bit disappointed, I expected better food. I am Hispanic and I have an idea of what this food should taste like. This was the most bland, tasteless assortments of food I have ever had. In addition to this, I paid for avacado and avacado aeoli, but this wasn’t on on my bowl. All in all, I was very disappointed and will never go there again. I suggest if you are Hispanic or really like Hispanic food, steer clear, it’s simply not worth it.

Great food and even greater people. Always a pleasure to stop in here for take-out.

Move to Pal.Park about 3 years ago. As you might guess, I am Korean-American. We have been rotating mostly Korean, burgers and pizza for our take out. For some reason, I had a crave for Mexican a few days ago. I did my Google due diligence and was surprised to find this place 4 minutes from my apartment. I liked the reviews and their menu selection. I drive up to pick up the good and it’s the same location as a chicken place I used to go to. The food was really good and the prices reasonable. I have been to the place for 3 straight days! That’s the first time I’ve gone that in my life. Lol! As you might guess I highly recommend Los Compadres. They have a very nice selection including daily specials and vegan choices.

I have been going to this place pretty regularly, at least once a week. This past week I decided to go in after work for a quick meal, I had placed my order and they were very nice like always. Sat outside around 6:30pm and watching it get busier and busier. So an hour went by and I had still not received my order.nn6 tacos, 1 nachos and an order of corn. Shouldn’t take an hour, so I went inside to ask what is going on, the cashier told me “they are putting it together and will bring out in a few minutes”. Waited a few minutes and still no food, right when we were going inside to complain and get our money back, I saw a young lady bring a bag full of food back and hand it to the cashier and walk out with another bag. So I asked the lady whilenLeaving, because I had a feeling she had our order, of that bag was an order of 6 tacos and nachos. She said yes, so I continued to watch them take the order out of the bag and see what they would do.nnDuring these times of Covid they totally disregarded the safety of their customers and Decided to serve us the meal someone had took home for 20 minutes, open and look that it’s not theirs...nnThe manager brings the food over and tells us that “I know it was supposed to be for here but they packaged it to go by mistake” so I HATED that I was lied to, and I called him out and told him you gave our food to someone else and decided to still serve it to us, we waited till 8:30 so we were hungry, we started eatting the cold food that we were served and on upon leaving, I had told him (the manager) that I was super disappointed that he would actually do something like that to someone who goes there quite often, it was a “shrug the shoulders, oh well” type of feeling. They were busy so didn’t care. I can’t remember a time where I was this mad about going out to eat because it was maybe the total disregard of the situation. I like to support local small businesses because of the times we are in, but when businesses don’t care about their customers , karma will take its course. I won’t be stepping foot into this place

From the first moment you enter that place the personel give you an enjoyable feeling. Very hospitable crew, it is a good place to enjoy with your friends or with your date. enjoyable cooking, qualified chef, reasonable pay and excellent service. Warmly recommended.
