The technician decided to walk of with a screw that was originally installed in my door knob. I can’t find the screw! My door is less secure! And now I have to go out and buy a new screw and install it myself, after I paid $125 for the job. The entire door knob was removed and the screw missing is 1 of 2 that are used to keep the cylinder in place and unable to be removed. They are lovers now too! Wheee there was 2 screws, there is only 1!!!!!!

Top quality service from the man. Called him at night because my lock was jammed and my super was non-responsive. He went through the trouble of coming in early to work the next morning to help me out. Replaced the entire lock within 15 minutes and I was able to get to work at a reasonable time. Can't put a price on that kind of respect and professionalism.

The review was right! My keys didn't work!nI walked all the way back (this time with my husband) to tell him and get all my money back. I did get a full refund and got my key made elsewhere at the hardware store on 116th and 8th. Their key worked!nSo don't go here. You've been warned!

I can't recommend this guy highly enough. I got locked out with my young kids and another locksmith had me waiting an hour and never showed up. I called this company and he had us inside with a replaced lock less than 40 minutes after I called. Very reasonable prices and great customer service.
