My husband who has thick straight hair that can be difficult to cut properly was absolutely thrilled with the precise cut he received today from Jen. He usually goes to a barber in NYC, but with Covid, now works from home. Jen did an exceptional job. My husband has found his new favorite barber in Jen! ud83dudc4f
I like that they asked me Covid questions to weed out high risk people. During my visit, I was impressed with the 3 levels of service. I had a coupon for a feee haircut because I donated blood to the Red Cross. Typically, coupons from businesses are for fhe cheapest level of service, but I received the highest level of service (MVP). If I am near another location the day that I need a haircut, I would definitely return.
My husband got worst haircut ever! He was always satisfied with other locations. But not this one. The women just doesn’t know how to do it. We were doing even better during quarantine ud83dude02 Just avoid Lanee. Can’t say anything about other stylists.

Very rude staff. Sub par haircut and they didn’t even wash my hair which is part of the regular routine at Sports clip. She just let me go without! She somehow thought I was a new customer even though I’ve been a regular for years. I’m never going back! I’d rather do it myself next time. Worst haircut experience ever. Do yourself a favor and save money by going anywhere elsewhere and get a VIP experience for less. You would think they would bend over backwards to treat you right post COVID-19 errs, not here.
