I went in for a haircut. This was the third time I was there, the first two experiences went ok. This time they gave me to a stylist I had never met before. I got a completely uneven haircut, aside from the fact that I asked for a trim. When I called and told them that my hair was lopsided, one side significantly longer than another, I asked for another stylist to fix it. THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I WANTED A NEW STYLIST THEY WOULD CHARGE ME ANOTHER $45. iIf I allowed the same stylist who ruined my hair in the first place there would be no charge. I have not been back since. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They are the worst.
