O Pilates Studio

I have been taking private lessons with Olivia since this summer and I am so satisfied with her and the studio. The studio is very clean and safe from COVID. Olivia’s teaching method is very meticulous and I would highly recommend anyone who has interest in learning the classical Pilates. I have gained strength and I am experiencing changes in my body!

I really like the place which is very clean and cozy. It is good to be able to exercise effectively according to one's physical and physical strength with high-quality instruments! The instructors are all very professional and kind. My bad posture has improved a lot and I'm very happy to have muscles now :)

I just had my second private session with instructor JS. She was nice, passionate and friendly. And studio was clean and new. It was such a great experience! I have been exercising in general for many years but I didn’t see the results I wanted. However, Pilates was different and unique. I realized this right away after doing a few Pilates classes. I felt the results! Especially, my posture improved instantly. I am starting as a total beginner to Pilates. So I’m so excited to keep going this place.

Love everything about this studio. Very clean and bright cozy place with super friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Soo ud83cudf49 is incredibly attentive, encouraging and energetic throughout the classes. Wish I could give more than 5 stars !
