I have been doing body and.brain yoga for 7 years and have grown so much in different areas. The class offering poses, stretches, and guided breathing. The instructor is so well trained and caring about members. He goes out of his way to guide, and asks how we are. You can feel the love and peace when you are in the class. It is not just only stretching and relax, it also recharge and refresh my body and brain with energy every single day. Thanks for your amazing training master Kim.

After dealing with trauma and stress and anxiety this year, I found Master Kim's classes in Ridgefield were exactly what I needed. Yoga, tai chi, meditation, breathing, and stretching classes all are helping me sleep better at night and improving my overall health. He provides a caring, nurturing, and safe space for beginners to experienced. It's a friendly, supportive community, and I look forward to going several times a week. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for the place that gives you peace in mind and keeps your body in good shape, this is the best to go! I've been doing this your since I was a little girl. Whenever I feel stressful or helpless, I do this yoga and feel better! Online and offline, both are good to me. Trust me. You'll get a new life started!

After going to chiropractors for many years for my lower back problem, someone suggested I try Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi. Over time, the classes helped strengthen my back and alleviate the pain. As a senior citizen, I feel great, can do more than I used to. I also have neuropathy in my feet. With a few simple exercises that I do everyday, my blood circulation improved in my legs and I do not have to take medication for the pain. Body & Brain Yoga gave me a new chapter in my life in a professional and caring environment. I have been doing this yoga and taichi over 20yrs. It made me many changes.n1. Stop smoking.n2. Stop back pain & shoulder pain.n3. Sleep welln4. Manage my diet well.nI highly recommend you ,when u find something different. This is it! Give it a try!
