Great service, even in 2020! Multnomah County recycling fee is ridiculous, but got my clients exactly what they needed.

I ‘be been buying appliances from Standard way back when they were up on Woodstock in much smaller building, both as a customer myself and as a contractor sending my own customers to Standard as well. Over the years I feel they’ve lost that personal touch with their customers they used to have as many bigger companies usually do and I hate to see that. Many times today I find lower prices other places and more effort from smaller companies willing to give better deals. So unfortunately I don’t buy much from Standard like I use to and haven’t sent my customers to Standard in quite some time. Nothing against Standard personally and I understand more overhead means costs go up too and deals just aren’t as easily made as they used to be! But I’ll always miss when they were a smaller company personally

This place is a dump. I waited 2 months for an item they told me would arrive in 2 weeks. Then I called ahead to tell them I was coming to pick it up, only to wait 40 minutes for them to bring it out. Will never buy from them again.
