Money Saver Mini Storage

Our storage unit was broken into at the Public Storage so we moved our remaining things here. MUCH BETTER! Way safer, they do lock checks and called us when they noticed we had moved out but hadn't gotten a chance to let them know. Super friendly and helpful!

The management and oversight of this institution is beyond horrible. I got a call from them (September 23) saying I needed to come down there because they think my unit had been broken into and check to see if stuff was missing which in fact was. Keep in mind the stuff they took it had to of taken them some time at least 4 or 5 trips this was no in and out deal.nnI go back inside the office to talk with the manager normal questions like when did you find out, can we check the cameras bla bla bla. She looks stressed at this point and starts to tell me she doesn’t know when or how it happened she had a print out of all the alarm trips and mine went off August 29th they never checked it out not even the next day or any day till today!nnThis is where the knee slapper starts, her excuse was she must have been in the shower or something and didn’t hear the alarm going off for almost a month. It gets even better, since so much time has passed they can’t check the cameras. She then gets starts saying legally they’re not liable and my insurance only covers 3k and I have to file a police report.nnI asked since they messed up on the whole on site management deal can they meet me in the middle helping me replace my stuff and I get the bathroom story again which is a polite middle finger at this point.nnMoral of the story, I wouldn’t even tell someone I hated to use this facility. You could shoot my dog and I’d still tell you not to use this place. Not to mention right before you turn into the place it’s just lined with homeless camps. Save yourself time and money don’t go here.

The staff is very professional and helpful. Very pleasant experience and a nice facility.

Shelly, the manager here is the best. She is friendly and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I needed a large unit to begin after a move and eventually downsized. She made sure I had the best rates, closest unit to my first and even loaned me a lock during my transition. I felt safe and welcome here.
