We LOVE this ramen. It's our favorite ramen in portland. We have had it twice now (ordering it on door dash) food came to us amazing and warm! The kaarage chicken was also crispy for a 45 min wait! Try this place out! Flavors are outstanding.

The egg noodles and seasoning are on par with Ramen booths in Kyushu, but the broth could be just a smidge thicker.nnRegardless, good Ramen places are hard to find in the NW, and this one is a safe bet.nnLast time I had the black pepper garlic bowl.

vegetarian ramen was so flavorful and delicious! Staff is always nice and attentive. It seems like this place is never busy because of its location but I don’t mind at all.

Ordered the shoyu Ramen for pick-up, was given a 15m eta for it to be ready. I went in 10 minutes after ordering and picked it up. Drive to a different parking lot around the corner to eat (I am a service worker). Broth was barley warm. Never have I ordered from a Ramen place and been given broth this cooled. It seemed like they made a big pot and just microwaved it warm by order. Maybe it was just made far faster then quoted but either way being served luke warm when paying 12 bucks for a meal is unacceptable. The actual noodles and whatnot was great, but I had to borrow a microwave at a gas station for the broth to be suitable.

Every time we come it's phenomenal. My husband always gets these long stringy mushrooms instead of noodles. So good.
