Lily is AMAZING!!! Literally, every time I get my hair done here I get compliments. And believe me, I’ve experienced different stylists. Lily can do the perfect blend, and you can see her work on Instagram it really speaks for itself. She cares about keeping your hair as healthy as possible with bleaching. JUST THE BEST!! Worth the money too a hundred percent.

I’ve come to Bella U before and was so thrilled with the results that I of course had to come back. But now I wish I didn’t. I got two services done, color toned and hair cut. The color came out GREAT! I loved it. But the hair cut is terrible!!! Because of this I regret going to Bella U. I feel so ugly. The stylist didn’t cut my hair at all how I wanted (and showed a picture of). I don’t know what she was thinking. I got the cut on a Friday and it is now Tuesday and I still can’t get used to this ugly hair cut. When I came in I specified a few times of what I did not want to have happed to my hair and it seems like the stylist disregarded that completely. I’m so very disappointed. Still crying about my hair:( at least the color looks good but terrible cut:(

I went twice to see a master for a color correction, and balayage. My first visit was actually ok, I perfectly knew I needed another appointment after that. The master explained everything to me, she was very nice. My entire hair was bleached and I had about an inch natural hair. I showed the picture explained what I needed done, I completely trusted the process. My hair stylist Gabby did the correction and also dyed my roots black so the blonde comes out nicely. We discussed my treatment at home, her recommendation and so on. My second appointment was a total disappointment, Gabby completely forgot she dyed my roots black and bleached my hair again over black color when I told her to leave the roots the way they were. I left with the same brasiness I came. And only after few days when I washed my hair it became super yellow. I texted them but apparently they don't bother to respond. I got a second opinion somewhere else and they told me yeah you need a professional to take care of your hair because it's so bad looking. And I'm quite sure there's amazing hairstylists there I just wasn't a lucky one with their service.
