I was left in tears after interacting with Myra. I was given false information when I signed up, she admitted her staff was new and that she would provide better training in the future. I asked for a refund since I was mislead but Myra said no. I asked to speak to a manager because why should I still be charged if staff gave me false information, I had been proactive in asking these questions before signing up. She gave me a 1800 number which tells you any disputes are to be handled at your home gym. I go back, still needing to talk to a manager. She gave me the number to the Gresham gym where her district manager works. The first time I called I was sent directly to voicemail. The second time, same thing. Then...THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. No one spoke to me, no one even bothered to pick up the phone. These people are horrible human beings. They are liars and clearly only care about the money. Blown away with the mistreatment

I have been trying to speak with someone regarding a billing issue. When I contact member services they advise me to contact the home club. When attempting to contact the home club I have been unable to speak with anyone. There is no alternative way to contact the home club or leave a message. Every time I have had a billing issue it has been an absolute nightmare to get help from anyone at the club level. I have sent multiple emails and placed multiple phone calls and received no response from the home club. I would not recommend any planet fitness location due to their poor customer service and communication. I understand locations are currently closed due to COVID-19 but the club should be addressing billing issues impacted by these closures and provide a way for members to contact a local representative for help.

The Gym is fine, much like every other Planet Fitness around, but I have had constant issues with membership services since joining 2 years ago. All they want is your money, so once you sign up there is no reason for them to return your calls or provide good service. Most of the front desk people are new, the turn over rate for employees must be high, and don't know what they're doing. They make mistakes constantly and when I try to get them fixed, I never hear hear back form management.

Tried to force me to wear a paper mask instead of a face covering... no surprise, the Portland pfits are genuinely the worst in the country...nHope that effort keeps you safe on a planet spinning at millions of miles an hour in a volatile ever-growing void!

Lots of machines, 4 bench press assisted bars, free weights pull down bars decent equipment a plenty. For the price I like it better than muv only downfall is no classes which i miss. Only thing i cant stand tho is members who just sit on equipment on their phones, you people are intolerable. Staff is alright I try not to interact. Otherwise convenient, dont join if you dont plan to workout.
