Just like any Lowe's!

Amazing customer service! We needed a fridge, tried other locations and they were either out of the fridge we were looking for, or wouldn’t help us with a quick delivery. When I got to the appliance section at the store on 12th street it was clear that the one person (Peta) working the appliance section was super busy, but she acknowledged that I was there and was patient with everyone on the phone and other customers. She helped me find the fridge I needed and even scheduled an emergency next day delivery so that we wouldn’t be without a fridge.

First time I had ever been to a Lowe's. Very well stocked and organized. I like the fact you can go pull up the Lowe's store you're going to without downloading another app to see if what you're getting is in stock! They'll even tell you the aisles and bay numbers! However, and it's only temporary, some things didn't match but an associate told me they're doing a "reset." The employees are outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. The only drawback is the self check-outs. If using those they are not well spaced, and while they have safety measures for Covid in place, it is somewhat challenging to maintain social distancing, and most people I find aren't really to bright to figure it out on their own.

Was good people there working and really helpful.they have everything quick in and out.
