Firehouse Subs Hackensack Commons

Despite the menu, apparently the subs are all made of cold fake turkey & American cheeseud83eudd22 because that's what I got after ordering a hot Italian sub last week & again today!☹ufe0f. Too late for refund because I had already taken a bite. True, the bread is almost perfect, but I can't handle this place anymore.

Bought two large Italian Subs to go.Got all the way home and discovered rolls were not fresh and hard. $23.00 gone and had to cook. I called and informed the store. My complaint was not honored, no offer of another Sandwich. THANKS Firehouse for NOTHING!

Great variety of subs, even for vegetarians. Bread is fresh and firm enough on the outside to hold sub together but nice and soft on the inside Wide selection of real hot sauces from around the world ranging from really mild to extremely hot. Family friendly. They're extremely nice to the kids there.

Prob the best sub I've ever eaten... Had the jerk turkey
