Deli express

Whilst visiting the Englewood Hospital, we started talking with 2 lovely ladies who were also volunteers at the hospital and asked them to recommend a place for late lunch. They recommended the Deli for the excellent burgers and fries, so we walked on over. I had the special combo of the day which was both delicious and cost effective. My friend order the grilled chicken salad. This place is a jewel in the rough and a definite local favorite. Two thumbs up!!

This place started opening in the fall of 2919 but for some reason didn't open until right before the shut down order. Perfect timing.nnThey recently reopened and I have gotten take out a few times. They have an eclectic menu, basically a South American take on the basics like tacos things. They also have an excellent salad selection plus some basic deli items. Prices are good too, especially for the freshly made fruit smoothies.nnI wish them luck. The space they are in has been a half-dozen places over the past 15 years, with long periods of vacancy.
