Italian Connection Pizza

We ordered 2 pizza pies and there was a piece of hair on my pizza. It was disgusting. I called them and informed them and all they had to say was sorry, and they asked me if we wanted anther pie, when we said we did they said we would have to go pick it up and bring them the one with the hair.nnI went and picked up the new pie and dropped off the one with the hair and the 2 people that were at the counter didn’t even have a hairnet, hat, beard net or a face mask on.nnThis used to be the pizza in town 22 years ago, but I think that there is no one in authority supervising or r overseeing the workers. I am disgusted with this pizza place I don’t think that we are going to order from this place again.

Always seems busy. We like this place because of their Homestyle Cooking, not too much salt or spices. very reasonable price.

I love this place, great customer service, pizza is good, the best grilled chicken sandwiches in Bergen county!!!

I was looking for a nearby dinner when I came on a business trip.nThe pizza tasted much better than I thought.nI'm going to order another menu tomorrow.

The worst experience. I order pizza at 543 and was told it will be over hour wait for the pizza. I called again at 7:13 for status on pizza and was told ticket is not there should be delivered soon. I called again at 7:30 and employee inform me delivery driver left the pizza outside the door. I asked why no phone call or he didn't ring the door bell. He said contactless delivery and claim driver called several times. I didn't receive one phone call. Upon opening the pizza a slice was missing and the box wasn't even hot. I called back. They stated nothing can be done and owner will call on Tuesday. The worst customer experience.
