Denise Lynne Pilates, LLC

Denise is an amazing Pilates coach. She has a vast history and knowledge of physical therapy and uses that knowledge to help her clients gain strength, deal with injuries and transform their bodies. While she is not currently a physical therapist, as a Pilates instructor, she is arguably better. I've been going to Denise for a year now and in that year it has made such an amazing difference to my body and my life. I suffer from multiple herniated discs from a sports related injury. Additionally, I suffer from dizziness and motion sickness I see her once a week for a private session and occasionally attend her mat classes. In the past year I have gained incredible core strength and have learned how to deal with my dizziness. I feel 100% better than I did a year ago. More importantly, I have learned so many skills to be able to perform various exercises on my own. Her prices are very reasonable and her personal attention to her clients is refreshing. I highly recommend anyone see Denise who is looking to create long term physical strength, manage stress and take control of their physical health.
