Super helpful. Even though he was booked solid he was able to talk through the problem on the phone with my uncle enough that they could fix their RV till they could get home safely and have time to get someone out to look at their slide.
Jerimie at RV Ready USA is awesome! We had an issue with our fifth wheel axle shackle breaking which destroyed the brakes, hub and bearings. He was able to get us in quickly to repair it and the job was done in just over an hour. Jerimie is professional and a very kind, respectful human being. We are camping for our first time in our “new to us” motor home and had an issue right away with leveling. Our jacks got fully extended and wouldn’t retract no matter what we tried. Jerimie came out to our camp site diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. We are able to finish our trip! He was very professional and proficient. Jerimie saved the day, and my families camping trip! Our new fifth wheel's Auto level system malfunctioned at the rv storage and I could not get it hooked up. Although it could not be fixed do to a system issue, Jerimie was able to put in a temp fix to get me on the road so we could enjoy our first camping trip in our new rv. Jerimie is very friendly and pleasant to work with and will be recommending him to anyone needing rv work!
