Came here for new tires, had a great experience. Had some large truck tires installed, rides great and smooth. I like the warranty they offer, one of the main reasons to use LS. So far the tires seem to ride well and look cool too. Everyone here genuinely seems to care. There is a younger gal working there, very professional, listened to my needs. I like the location too! Makes it easy to drive by and get service.

This is a great new place. Since they are new I will give them a break on being coordinated on scheduling. The work was great and timely.n2 vehicles serviced in 3 day only because of a sunday. It seamed expensive but how do you put a price on safety.

Denny did a great job with the alignment on my 1984 Porsche 944. I could tell they cared for my car just like any other. The shop was very clean and the customer service was great overall. I will be returning.

I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 30+ years. However, the latest experience with Les Schwab at Happy Valley location was total disappointment. I brought my 1 year old Audi into the shop because of the low pressure indicator. One of the attendants checked the tires and filled the air to appropriate pressure. Then, I was told that the tread on the front tires are low and they need to be replaced. The same attendant also told me tires need to be rotated because they are wearing out unevenly. I looked at the tires and what they are telling me does not seem right. I was also told that the low pressure indicator light will eventually go away after driving around for 10 to 15 miles.n2 days later I went into Audi Wilsonville dealership for a regular checkup. I told them all the things Les Schwab told me. And, I found out the followings: 1. Low pressure indicator on Audi needs to be manually reset. 2. I still have 10k to 15k tire life left. 3. Because my Audi is Quattro it will have fewer tire rotation and because it is only 1 year old it does not need to be rotated and all tires are wearing out evenly.nAfter hearing this my conference in Les Schwab certain diminished.
