Really slow and after waiting forever, they messed up my order. I didn’t have time to wait for them to remake it (10+ minutes is already a long time, especially when they only had 1 order ahead of me) but I definitely will not ever get coffee from this Starbucks again.

Came in to find out they were closed momentarilynSaid they would be back at 12:50. The worker was there washing dishes and couldn’t do anything they were out of everything the other worker came back and said he’d be back with all the other items instead of helping the customers he had waiting . I’m sorry but if customers are expecting to be helped by the time you say you’d be back you should help them. Or you should be able to multi task and not have to shut it down

The person making the drinks, very poor attitude. Messed up at least two drinks in the time I was waiting for mine and messed up mine. Each time she was told, she made no apologizes and had very annoyed facial expressions. The person ringing folks up was great and stepped in to remake mine.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I have tried going to this Starbucks about a dozen times and everyone I have had here should not be working a service job. I am a waitress and every time I go it a Terrible experience. I ordered a sweat cream cold brew and a iced mocha today and had to explain to the barista 6 TIMES my order. She cut me off mid order telling me the price of one drink before I could order another and rolled her eyes when I ordered another drink.nThey made the mocha then started to talk and I asked if there was a cold brew coming and the barista rudely told me it was coming. When I got the drink after waiting for a good 15 minutes for both drinks the cold brew was nothing of what I asked and had Carmel in it. The worst Costomer service every time I try to go to this Starbucks.
