I often frequented this store during the later hours and often found it well kept and clean. During the few times I've visited it during the day, however, I often find that there are certain things like sticky floors or spills on the counters and such. On top of that, I've even found moldy bread on the shelf and out of date products in the cooler. I enjoy the Italian sandwich that 7-11 makes but not when I pick it up to see that it's five days or so past the recommended date. Clearly the staff that comes on later in the day puts a great deal more effort into the store than the earlier staff. The owner should be ashamed for being so lax as to allow moldy products to be available for purchase in their store.

I am OFFENDED, shocked, horrified, and repulsed at the owner of this store. I’m not sure of his name, it might be Ruben based on a review I saw. I will find out when I pick up the police report because I plan on reporting this incident and sharing this all over my social media platforms. I am a Hispanic woman who has been living in the town right next to this store for three years with my 9-year-old daughter. My house and the store are on the same road. The owner in this store accused me and my partner of stealing from his store yesterday. When I asked him to see the video he ignored me so I called the police so they could come and see it. What is worse is that he tried to extort cash from my partner claiming that if he gave him money, he would not call the police. When the police came, the officer told me in front of the owner that he did not see me stealing in the video and that it was inconclusive. The owner, instead of apologizing for his false accusations, said that I was banned from his store. The owner is a liar and a horrible person. We all make mistakes however, what matters is if we correct our wrongs. The owner instead of APOLOGIZING like a decent person who makes a mistake, banned me from his store. Especially during this COVID-19 pandemic, this is the closest 7eleven to my family. How would your 9 year old feel knowing their parent was wrongfully accused. She’s already dealt with a form of racism two years ago when a boy in her class told her that is the ONLY Hispanic & African American girl in her class. And now this? Moreover, a customer, a Caucasian man in his 40s that walked in the store when I was asking the owner to see the video, said “Don’t waste your time with “these people.” I’m so DISGUSTED. Corporate has already been informed on the false accusations. I will not stand for injustice. It’s 2020 yet the amount of IGNORANCE is baffling especially coming from North New Jersey. People still think that they are better than others based on race and it’s sickening. This country originally belonged to Native Americans. No one else has the right to make others feel like the don’t belong because unless you are native American you came from somewhere else! The only reason this post has one star is because it wouldn’t let me post without any stars.

A few days ago I went to the bathroom at this 7/11 in the morning and the bathroom is absolutely discussing they never have any soap to wash my hands and the toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in so long. Everything is a mess at that place and it looks like they don’t even care about the place. Not going back again

Stopped at store for morning cup of coffee.nCouldn't find the sugar. Asked employee with dark black long hair and beard if there was sugar (he was making new coffee) he SIGHS loudly and continues to do what he is doing totally IGNORING ME....RUDE!!!!!!!nI continued to stand at counter looking for sugar. Finally i asked another employee and they got a container.nI won't deal with that kind of behavior, I can and WILL be taking my business elsewhere!!!!!
