Hassle free experience, and no hidden purchases, highly recommended. Mike Kim was my service manager and he was always very friendly, responsive, and upfront about any additional payments, I highly recommend him. This places is the best among other JAG dealerships near Manhattan (definitely avoid JAG Manhattan, that place is full of pure toxicity). It was also pretty sweet that Mike gave me small hand sanitizers at the end of service.

Very impressed with the service at ENGLEWOOD. My service rep Danny was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I had a flat tire and was able to come same day and get it replaced. Was a very pleasant experience!

I would recommend this location to anyone who needs their Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle serviced... very detailed and professional staff who go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. I dealt with a young man named Julian Ballesteros who is very customer engaged... He personally kept in touch with updates often... I would recommend anyone needing services deal with him... Friendly and professional which is a great combination when working in any customer service setting...

Extremely fast, efficient service. Provided with a clean and wonderful loaner car and was in and out in minutes. Daniel Verceli answered any questions I had in a prompt manner and my car was ready much sooner than anticipated. Would definitely recommend!
