Manny and the Finance Manager team are like the Dynamic Duo, not only did they come to the house and deliver the vehicle; they really worked with my elderly senior citizen family member - to ensure we were provided the same great Five Star Service, while maintaining social distance and hygienic cleanliness during the pandemic.nnI would clearly recommend this dealership and expert, courteous staff to anyone.

Bought my 3rd Subaru here of 4 I have owned in a row. My first Subaru was a used car purchased from a family friend. The rest from this dealership.nnThe sales and finance team here is exceptional. Quick to help, great pricing, they don’t sell you a bunch of stuff you do not need... and the process is in and out. Fastest car buying experiences of my life have been the last 3 I had here.nnThe service department is awesome too! They go above and beyond to help me get the oil changes and maintenance done even though I moved out of the area.... I live an hour away and still use this dealership.nnThanks to the whole team!

Joella Rivera is my service representative and she is by far, the best at what she does. I believe Subaru of Englewood has trained her and provided the best tools possible to make her most effective for customer service.nnAs a follow up, I recently had more service to my vehicle and my opinion of the Dealership and the Service department, especially the way Mrs. Rivera handles each customer with professionalism and attention. This Delaership is first class, all the way from sales to service.

Service review: Great customer service, especially Prince. Prices much better than I expected (especially compared to other subaru dealer service in the city). Plus knowledge and security that they actually know the car. Highly recommend.

I'm very pleased having my Forester serviced at Subaru of Englewood. The Service Dept. is professional, pleasant, and very helpful. Prince and Janelle are both very knowledgeable and always happy to help. I have two Subaru dealers closer to where I live, but I feel more at home at Subaru of Englewood.
