The service here was professional and excellent. Eric was amazing. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was always pleasant and determined to make this possible. Eric and the manager Ed were very understanding and accommodating. They worked with me and met all my needs. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will definitely work with them in the future.

I only have praise for Lincoln of Englewood, both in sales and service. My latest experience in the service department completely mirrored my previous experiences in satisfaction. Service Advisor Claus has never failed in diagnosing situations expertly and providing excellent advice. He's right on target every time; I trust his expertise implicitly. I always find him extremely helpful and courteous; he makes you feel like family.

Excellent experience here. The team was not only friendly and attentive but also very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured at all which is super refreshing. Make sure to ask for Alex - he was especially helpful in my car search this time; truly going above and beyond. Highly recommend him and this dealership if you’re on the market for a car.

Great dealership, and people, called up spoke with Erik who was ready and waiting with everything as soon as we got there. Every staff member we dealt with was courteous and professional from the first phone call, to the finalization. Absolutely amazing experience and Alex was incredibly considerate from start to finish. Walked me through all the cars features and made sure every ask, or need, was appropriately handled. I had had an incredible time and fun working with the team to get my Volvo. Thanks team and Alex!
