We found my salesman Roberts to be exceptional compared to any other salesman. We encountered at other car dealerships. He met with us multiple times to thoroughly explain all of my options and allowed to take test drives. We appreciated that Rob never made me feel pressured to buy our car and was very patient while we determined the best option.

I cannot say enough good things about Keenan from Prestige Volvo. We were car shopping for awhile and dealt with some really unprofessional dealerships. Working with Keenan and the entire team at Prestige was a breath of fresh air. They were transparent and fair and made the entire process seamless. Keenan knew we lived about an hour away from the dealership and made sure that the car we were looking to purchase was ready for us when we arrived. He even called the morning of our appointment to let us know the car was detailed, washed and waiting for us to test drive. I would say it was our most positive experience buying a car to date. I would highly recommend working with Keenan and purchasing from Prestige Volvo Englewood.

Claus Nagy is the very best service manager I have ever dealt with.nHe knows his cars inside out, he is easy to talk with, he makes taking the car in for service as easy as it can possibly be and he always gives you a straight answer. Amended:11/27. Car got hit, Claus got me in as quickly as he could to get me looked at. Front end needed adjusting which was taken care of quickly and professionally. Definately recommend Prestige and Claus Nagy.

The experience at Prestige Volvo Englewood was smooth. All staff were friendly. Excellent customer service. Everyone was informative and patient with my many questions. When I picked up the car, theynprogrammed my devices and made sure I was familiar with all the features of the car. From beginning to end, it was a pleasurable experience.

I was interested in buying a certified XC90. I went to prestige Volvo based on positive reviews online. I went early in the day, and was assigned to work with Nick, my salesman. Nick was very professional and willing to structure a deal that I felt was fair. I was pleased with my buying experience. I would definitely recommend the Prestige Volvo dealership to anyone who may be in the market for a Volvo.nnRio.
