I Called 3 times and stayed on hold for 30 “elite” minutes before Giving up and trying another dealership. Hope this place gets back to elite status sooner than later, or considers renaming to “pretty good” Nissan.

I purchased my vehicles from Elite but was having them serviced in Hawthorne because ofnthe convenience. When Hawthorne closed we decided to have them serviced by Elite andnwere not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Stopped in to look at an Altima to show my mother what it looked like it being that my lease is ending soon. Problem is that I couldn't buy here because I live in NC but Ray was extremely understandable, courteous and helpful nonetheless. Appreciate his politeness even after knowing we weren't going to make the purchase.

I leased my Rogue from Elite Nissan 3 years ago. My lease was up and I wanted to buy the car. I called for over a month to set up a time to bring in the check and continually was disconnected by the receptionist. I managed to somehow leave a few voicemails for the sales department and my calls were never returned. I finally drove over to the dealership because I was tired of being ignored. I went on a Tuesday afternoon at 4 pm and was told that the manager leaves at 3, so I was out of luck. When asked when he'll be in, I was told sometime in the morning. The next morning I called several times to make sure someone was there before I wasted more time driving over for no reason. Once again I was could not speak to someone because I was either disconnected, no one picked up the phone or I was connectecd to a full mailbox. Don't waste your time with these people. The customer service is terrible and they clearly don't care about their customers. Go to Ramsey Nissan. They aren't too far away, answer their phones and are actually helpful.
