MacEchron Park

This sweet spot has comfortable wooden benches facing the Palisades & Hudson River. There is a spot with a cute woodsey área nearby. Three hour free parking is plentiful and ever so often you may be treated to the sounds of Metro North trains whose tracks are just east of the park. There is a small playground for youngsters here as well and also some first come first serve metal picnic tables although no restroom facilities. Great park to visit and just appreciate nature.

I sort of look at this little Park as a sanctuary it's relaxing the water I believe is half salt and fresh there's always entertainment looking at the tennis court or harvest on the Hudson the restaurant and just watching the boats and everybody go by and all the Costcos goslings are getting bigger and the baby ducks I enjoy this park don't know if they're doing kayaking this year you know why the the the Coronavirus

It was peaceful and calming. People were nice. The children were playing in the playground. Men were fishing, there were benches to sit on and eat your lunch. Just a beautiful place. I will definitely go back.

Lots of garbage, but nice playground. Just needs to be cleaned more often.
