Always loved coming here until today they wouldn't let us in without paying?!?!? I am all for donations but when I said I had cash she said she can't give change?!? I then asked so you are not letting us in over $2 and was told she could give me good recomnedations for other places?!?What did this place turn into one if my faves to go.....awful way to be treated...

Awesome trails for kids and adults alike. Difficulty is easy. Very quiet but since it's nestled by homes you can hear the stray lawn equipment at work.nnFor this crazy time, the nature center staff did a great job of pandemic-proofing the experience. Come here to get a piece of your sanity back.

This is a beautiful, peaceful place. Several trails of varying distances winding through woods filled with chipmunks and birds. There is a butterfly area, as well as a few owls and a hawk that live in the nature center. It costs $2 per person to enter, if you aren't a member. Currently, due to covid-19, it is contact less payment. Drop your cash in the box as you pass the entrance to the first trail.

Beautiful walk in Tenafly Nature Center. Damp grounds but quiet and easy to navigate.

Nice park with a decent amount of trails and no nuisances to speak of. Some of the trails become narrow at points but there's is no need for any extraneous exercise since it's mostly flat with no obstructions. Saw plenty of deer, chipmunks, and squirells but I also went in the morning so no one was out to scare them. Overall a pleasant experience that is worth the cost of admission (2 dollars for me)
