Yonkers Parks Department

It's pretty dull inside but everyone that works there are helpful and quick.

Nice park for the family.

Friendly Staff. Ms Tara Conte whom we met was so down to earth and supportive.

As far as office staff goes no one has answers to any questions. Staff really isn't helpful. Everyone tells you something different. They're fine with the status quo and don't want to improve anything.nnHalf of the actual park staff hasn't been trained and are experts at hiding and doing nothing. The staff rides around in their trucks more than anything, and are usually on break if you approach them about anything. Most parks are in disrepair unless you drive to wealthy white neighborhoods.nnDoesn't help that the top staff who run parks and rec don't live in Yonkers, so they don't care about how the parks look or function.
