My husband and I just moved to Tenafly and had to host my parents and grandparents after showing them the house. I chose Sear House after reading great reviews and they did not disappoint!nWe ordered 2 dozen oysters which were fresh and shucked to perfection. Me, my mom and grandma order seafood and my fiance, father and grandfather ordered steak. Everything was prepared to order and served together which is very important to us. The staff were professional and friendly, top notch. We will definitely be returning! Great to have found a place we love so close to our new home!

Food is spot on. Comfortable mid upscale atmosphere, service could be a bit tighter though. Always check on the table several mins after food is served, always. Never ever disappointed with the quality, quantity and presentation. A must have.
