I was very specific and asked to keep my length. Ask for a trimmed, less than 1 inch from the length and to add some layers. Obviously based on the pictures as you can see she cut way more than 1 inch. More like 5-6 inches. The girl denied she cut that much. Stated that my hair was not that long when I went there and that cutting the layers made my hair look shorter ud83dude11 Like I didn’t know how long was my hair?!... She also stated it would be easier now for me to dry my own hair and that my hair would be healthier. Which all sounded like a bunch of excuses to me. Not even one apology. If you are like me. I will think twice before coming here.
I used to come to this salon at least once a week but I had to stop going because the lady that washes hair is the WORST. She talks the whole time on the phone and does not pay attention to what she’s doing. I have gone there multiple times and left with my hair still dirty because she just does not care to do her job correctly. The only reason I continued to go is because Yokasta is amazing and she styles my hair perfectly every time ! I hope that they get a new person to wash hair so that I can come back soon !
Amazing blowout.Good prices and the owner is very nice. Walk with your quarters to play for parking.
The girls are fabulous and the coffee is delicious!
