Staff is extremely friendly and the members are respectful. Very diverse membership with no group dominating (mix of cardio focused, power lifting and machine lovers). The COVID protocols are strong, enforced, and respected. So happy they are open! Love my morning shakes :)
Extremely friendly staff doing an amazing job keeping the place spotless during high Covid and flu season.
This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to in the area. Very clean and very professional and always having a good time working out
Plenty of staff, plenty of cleaning and cleaning supplies. Prefer the off peak hours.
Cheap monthly fee but overall a good place to go and work off last nights dinner, the staff is always friendly and I always feel very comfortable there working out.
